Registration

Only our registered users may use the webshop. Please fill in every field carefully and correctly, as we do not assume liability for damages due to incorrect data! We send customers successful orders via e-mail. Registration is only activated after checking the e-mail address. We cancel registrations not activated within 48 hours!

Replacing, returning products

Replacement of the products is possible within 8 days from the reception thereof. We can only replace products if it is sent back to us in the original package. In case of a faulty product please send back the product! If your complaint is justified, we refund the postage as well!
